Lsat week I only lost 2 3/4 lbs....soooo close! I was thinking I might be closer to 4...hoping for 5. But alas, I did not. I don't really understand. I follow my plan exactly, with the exception of maybe being short by 10oz water a day or two. And I don't always remember to take my supplements, but that shouldn't matter, right?
I guess the good news in all this is that the only plateaus I have had only lasted at most two days. I was so worried about the last one that I went in for a 4th weigh in. And much to the relief of my mind, I had lost a whole pound. :)
I'm still holding my breathe to see if I can hit at least 3lbs this week. I better be able to!!

Oddly enough, the water and the supplements make a bigger impact that one might think. I went a week following plan exactly, only I missed the evening supplements 3 days and blammo, I gained 2 pounds. It's weird!
